Integration went well for the most part, but I did have a small issue connecting the SMS marketing at first. Customer service helped me sort it out, but it took a day or so to get a full resolution. The points for social follows and birthday rewards are popular with our customers. Value-wise, it's competitive, especially with the annual discount. It's a solid platform, just wish the SMS setup was a bit more intuitive.
